About Four Circles Recovery Center

At Four Circles Recovery Center, we use nature to supplement our healing process. We don’t sit inside a closed room to recover like many other centers. We break down the walls separating us from the reality we are living in. The outdoors are our sanctuary, blending adventure therapy and traditional therapies to produce a unique experience in being able to discover who you are and how you want your future to unravel. Using your body and your mind to figure out the mistakes in the past help to renew a positive outlook on the future.

Based on gender, our programs allow the freedom for patients to connect with one another on a deeper level. Each program emphasizes separate features in accordance to what we are suffering with the most. The men learn to share their emotions and work through the underlying problems they normally keep to themselves. This allows open expressions without judgement, enabling growth from within. We focus on dealing with depression and self-care for the women and teach them how to empower themselves in everything they do.

Holistic treatment, in addition to the 12-step model, is what guides our teachings and experiences at Four Circles. Treating the four realms of health- physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual is what we believe gives a more rounded and whole sense of healing. Adventure therapy allows you to think freely about your inner desires and needs and how to accomplish them. We remove distractions from the outside world and instead learn to think for ourselves. It is a true spiritual journey that you will take with you throughout the rest of your life.
