Pathfinders Recovery Center – Colorado
You don't know you're suffering until you suffer less
About Pathfinders Recovery Center – Colorado
Pathfinders Recovery Center is a dual diagnosis substance abuse disorder treatment center located in Lakewood, Colorado. A sister facility operates in Scottsdale, Arizona. At Pathfinders Recovery Center, we combine a variety of treatment methods, including trauma, group, and individual therapy with 12-step-based programs to guide patients as they grow in their sobriety and re-adjust to the new world around them. We utilize many modalities to treat patients suffering from co-occurring disorders, including CBT, EMDR, DBT, and Somatic Experiencing. Our staff is composed of caring and compassionate professionals with years of addiction treatment experience who are trained to take care of each patient’s unique needs.
Pathfinders Recovery Center has several track options available for interested individuals. Our program is divided into 4 phases: Stabilization, Vision, Quest, and Pathfinder. During the program, patients gain necessary insights and tools that will help them succeed in recovery after they leave treatment and return home or transition into a sober living environment.
Pathfinder’s after-care program offers ongoing after-care through Carla Visa Sober Living, one of America’s largest sober living homes. This is a key advantage to our program.
Pathfinders offers a complete range of treatment options, from initial intake and detox to ongoing after-care. We understand and are waiting to help if you are in need of help overcoming a substance abuse disorder.
