About Pathfinders Recovery Center – Arizona

Pathfinders Recovery Center is a dual diagnosis substance use disorder treatment center with facilities in Scottsdale, Arizona and Lakewood, Colorado. At Pathfinders we combine different treatment styles such as trauma therapy, group therapy, individual therapy as well as 12 Step based groups to help residents re-adjust to the world around them as they recover and grow in sobriety outside of treatment. We use such modalities as CBT, EMDR, DBT and Somatic Experiencing to treat individuals suffering from co-occurring disorders. Our caring and compassionate staff has years of experience in the treatment field and is trained to take care of all our client’s individual needs.

Pathfinders Recovery Center offers several tracks for individuals interested in the program. The program is set up into 4 phases; Stabilization phase, Vision phase, Quest phase and Pathfinder phase. As clients navigate through the program they will gain the necessary insights and tools in order to be successful in recovery once they leave treatment and transition either back into their home environments or into a sober living environment.

A key advantage to Pathfinders’ after-care program is that we have offer on-going after-care through Carla Vista Sober Living, one of the largest sober living homes in the United States.

Pathfinders offers the full range of treatment options from the initial intake and detox phase, to on-going after-care treatment options. If you are in need of help for substance use disorder, we understand and we are here to help.
