Kentucky Rehabs
Kentucky is one of the world’s most famous horse racing destinations. The state produces large amounts of agricultural and manufacturing goods, focusing on tobacco and automotive parts. Kentucky also produces 95% percent of the bourbon in the world. The state’s history with alcohol have led to a dangerous level of consumption. Studies show that Kentucky comes third in terms of drinks consumed by binge drinkers per year. Opioid use, especially synthetic opioids, still affects the people living in the state. While opioid use rates started to fall in 2018, there have been some upticks during COVID-19 as people are stuck inside and alienated from their support systems. Regardless of the substance, please reach out for help from a rehabilitation center or treatment provider near you.
